Information you provide

VEYSERA lets you provide profile details and style preferences, including a first name, optional height, clothing size, age range, style preferences, and instructions about looks you want or want to avoid.

You may choose photos of yourself, clothing, hair, makeup, or skin for scans, appearance analysis, and generated previews. Only upload an image when you have permission from every identifiable person in it. For a person under 18, the uploader must be their parent or legal guardian.

Information processed automatically

VEYSERA creates an anonymous Supabase account identifier and secure session credential so the backend can authenticate requests, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and delete the backend identity when requested.

Our service providers may process ordinary network and technical information needed to deliver and secure a request, such as an IP address, request time, response status, and diagnostic identifiers. VEYSERA does not include advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Where your content is stored

Saved profiles, photos, scans, reports, generated looks, and histories are stored locally on your device. VEYSERA does not upload those files to Supabase Storage.

When you request an AI scan, analysis, or render, the selected images and instructions are transmitted through VEYSERA's Supabase Edge Function to an AI processing provider. The generated response is returned to the app and may be saved locally when you choose to keep it.

How we use information

• Provide photo-based styling, hair, makeup, skin-appearance, garment, and virtual try-on features.
• Preserve the pictured person's identity across a requested render.
• Save your chosen results and preferences on your device.
• Authenticate requests, enforce feature limits, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.
• Process subscriptions and restore purchases when paid features are enabled.

Service providers and disclosures

VEYSERA uses Supabase for anonymous authentication, secure server functions, and request controls. Depending on the requested feature and server configuration, images and instructions may be processed by OpenAI or Google Gemini. When subscriptions are enabled, Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement information.

These providers process information to supply services to VEYSERA under their applicable contracts and privacy terms. We do not authorize them to use VEYSERA content for advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Local content remains on your device until you delete an individual result, remove the app, clear app storage, or use Delete my data in Profile. Delete my data removes saved profiles, media, scans, histories, reminders, and the active anonymous backend identity.

Purchase records controlled by Apple and limited anti-abuse usage counters may be retained to restore purchases, prevent trial resets, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. AI providers may retain request data for the periods described in the terms governing VEYSERA's API use. We will configure provider retention controls to minimize retention where those controls are available.

Children and family use

VEYSERA is provided to adults. It is not intended for children to operate independently. An adult may use VEYSERA for a minor only as that minor's parent or legal guardian and only for appropriate styling or appearance features. VEYSERA does not knowingly create direct child accounts.

Before any look is generated for a child, the account holder must expressly confirm that they are that child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the photo being used for that preview. That confirmation is recorded with its date. A child's photo and results are stored on the device and are not retained on our servers; the photo is transmitted only to produce the requested preview. Children are styled in age-appropriate clothing only, never with cosmetics or adult styling, and no profiling or advertising use is made of a child's information. A parent or guardian may withdraw this confirmation and remove the associated content at any time using Delete my data in Profile.

Your choices and rights

You control camera, photo-library, and notification permissions through device settings. You can delete individual saved results in their feature history and can use Delete my data in Profile for a broader deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact the developer using the Support link on VEYSERA's store listing. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Security and international processing

VEYSERA uses authenticated requests, encrypted network transport, restricted backend actions, upload limits, and rate limits. No system is completely secure, and you should not upload content you do not want processed as described here.

VEYSERA and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the operator will use legally recognized safeguards for those transfers.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as VEYSERA, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented in the app or through another appropriate notice.
