Eligibility and family use

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. VEYSERA is intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian may use VEYSERA with content concerning a minor and is responsible for that use and for providing any legally required permission.

The service

VEYSERA provides AI-assisted styling, virtual try-on, hair and makeup previews, garment organization, and cosmetic photo insights. Features may change as models, providers, products, and store requirements evolve.

AI results are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unrealistic, or different from a product's real-world fit, color, texture, effect, or availability. Review results using your own judgment before making decisions or purchases.

Cosmetic, not medical

VEYSERA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, urgency assessment, or measurements below the visible surface of a photo. Skin-related output is limited to cosmetic, photo-based observations. Seek a qualified healthcare professional for symptoms, concerns, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant VEYSERA and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, reproduce, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service and comply with law.

You represent that you own or have permission to use every submitted image and instruction. You are responsible for obtaining consent from identifiable people and parent or legal-guardian permission for minors.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, intimate, or non-consensual content.
• Do not use VEYSERA to impersonate, harass, discriminate against, exploit, or deceive another person.
• Do not bypass usage limits, probe security, reverse engineer protected services, automate abusive requests, or interfere with the app or its providers.
• Do not use outputs as proof of identity, age, health, ethnicity, gender, body measurements, or any other sensitive fact.
• Do not use VEYSERA where an error could cause physical injury, unlawful discrimination, or another high-impact decision.

Subscriptions and purchases

When VEYSERA Pro is available, the paywall displays the current product, billing period, localized price, and any introductory offer supplied by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled in Apple account settings within the period Apple specifies before renewal.

You can restore purchases and manage an active subscription from Profile. Apple controls billing, cancellation, and eligible refunds. Deleting VEYSERA data or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Paid access is also subject to Apple's applicable standard end-user license agreement.

Unlimited and unmetered features are subject to fair-use limits designed to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone and to prevent automated or abusive use. AI image generation is currently limited to 60 generations per day and 300 per month per account; scans, analyses, saved results, and product recommendations are not affected by these limits. We may adjust these limits from time to time, and generation resumes automatically when a limit period resets.

Products, stores, and affiliate links

VEYSERA may show products from independent stores. Product images, descriptions, prices, sizes, ingredients, inventory, delivery, returns, and suitability are controlled by the seller and should be confirmed on the seller's site.

Some store links may be affiliate links. VEYSERA may receive a commission after an eligible purchase, without changing the price you pay. A product's inclusion or ranking does not guarantee fit, safety, availability, or endorsement. Your purchase is with the independent seller under that seller's terms.

Intellectual property

VEYSERA, its interface, software, branding, and service content are owned by the operator or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party names, products, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider availability, maintenance, or misuse. We may suspend access for a material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using VEYSERA at any time and delete your data from Profile. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple account settings.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEYSERA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that outputs will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made from AI output or third-party product information. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes, governing terms, and contact

We may update these Terms when VEYSERA or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented in the app or through another appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer protections and the laws that cannot be excluded in your place of residence continue to apply. On Apple platforms, Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies unless the operator publishes a valid custom EULA in App Store Connect.
